Our Board Director, brings over 15 years of hands-on experience through running his successful pesticides and fertilizers retail shop.. Each member brings strong expertise in agriculture, business strategy, and innovation that helps us make smart decisions and stay true to our mission. Ranga Praveen
She is a B.Tech graduate from REC Warangal and brings a strong blend of technical knowledge and administrative ability. Her early experience in a fast-growing agro-based company helped her develop practical industry skills and contribute to its rapid progress. With a natural strength in HR and administration, she excels in team coordination, communication, and day-to-day organizational management. Her balanced approach adds structure, efficiency, and a people-first focus to our operations. She continues to play an important role in supporting the company’s growth with dedication and attention to detail.
Guntaka Aruna Kumari
He started his career with a U.S.-based software company before moving into the agriculture sector. For the last 10 years, he has successfully managed his family’s pesticides and fertilizers business, which has been supporting farmers for more than 20 years. His hands-on experience has given him deep understanding of crop needs, farmer challenges, and market trends. With a strong tech background, he brings a modern and efficient approach to traditional agri-business. His industry relationships and practical knowledge continue to drive meaningful partnerships and steady, sustainable growth.
Praveeen Kumar Dachepalli
He has been successfully running his pesticides and fertilizers retail store since 2013, earning strong trust within the farming community. With his clear communication and friendly approach, he has built long-lasting relationships with farmers and industry peers. His deep product knowledge and real field experience make him a reliable guide for many growers. Over the years, he has also developed strong connections with professionals and companies across the agro sector. He brings more than 12 years of strong experience in sales and marketing within the agrochemical industry.
